Terms of sale
Effective 8 August 2026.
1. Service
Sponsor Folder provides a one-time sponsor prospecting report prepared for a single newsletter, as described on the order page: matched brands with sourced evidence, contact identification with sources and email status, pitch drafts, a pricing recommendation, and a summary media kit. The service is provided by Agence Wengraf SASU (see the Legal notice) and is intended for business customers (B2B).
2. Price and payment
The price is displayed at checkout and paid in full at order via our payment provider (Stripe). VAT treatment depends on the customer's country and status: reverse charge may apply for EU businesses; French VAT applies where required.
3. Delivery
The report is delivered by email within 5 business days of receiving the completed intake form. If we consider the newsletter is not a fit for the method (for example, an audience too general or too small for direct sponsorship sales), we say so and refund in full before starting the work.
4. What we do not promise
This is an obligation of means (obligation de moyens), not of result. We do not guarantee commercial outcomes such as signed sponsorships, revenue, or the duration of any deal: these depend on the customer's own outreach and on how diligently the customer acts on the report. What we do guarantee is the documented nature of the report itself: factual claims are sourced and dated, and unverified contact details are marked as such. Contact data decays; the report reflects public information at the date of research.
5. Data and conduct
Reports are built from publicly available information only. The customer remains solely responsible for their own outreach and its compliance with applicable anti-spam and data protection laws.
6. Right of withdrawal
This service is sold to business customers (B2B), for whom the statutory 14-day consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. The report is a personalised service produced on demand; where a customer who would qualify as a consumer asks for production to begin immediately, the right of withdrawal ends once the work has started. In every case, the fit check and full refund described in section 3 apply before any work begins.
7. Use of the report
The report is provided for the customer's own use: the brands, contacts, and pitches may be used for the customer's own sponsorship outreach. The report may not be resold or redistributed as a standalone product. All content remains the property of Agence Wengraf SASU, as stated in the Legal notice.
8. Liability
The liability of Agence Wengraf SASU under these terms is limited to the amount paid for the report. The report reflects public information at the date of research; the customer is responsible for verifying contact details before sending and for the compliance of their own outreach (section 5).
9. Claims, governing law and jurisdiction
Any claim should be sent tocontact@sponsorfolder.com. These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute relating to their formation, performance, or interpretation falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the registered office of Agence Wengraf SASU. As the service is provided B2B, consumer mediation does not apply.
